Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order through Slimonomics, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These policies are designed to help you clearly understand how we handle returns and refunds. The terms apply exclusively within the United States.

A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return period. This means you can initiate a return within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags intact, and packaged in the original box or wrapping. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

B. HELP! I CAN’T FIND MY RETURN LABEL

No worries—our packages don’t include return labels. Simply email [email protected], and our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

C. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:

-Order number and your full name
-Proof of purchase (such as a screenshot of your order confirmation)
-Reason for the return

To make things easier, include a photo or video showing any defects or damage to support your request for a refund or replacement.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 24 hours of delivery), you’ll receive an email confirmation. If a refund is due, it will be issued within 14 days. Please note, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

D. DAMAGED AND INCORRECT PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, shipped incorrectly, or in the wrong size based on your order. To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected].

E. EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges for damaged, incorrect, mis-sized, or faulty items. If you need to exchange a product, email us at [email protected].com.

– Return shipping costs are waived for defective merchandise.

F. REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. If so, it will be processed within 14 days and automatically credited to your original method of payment.

Please allow additional time for your financial institution to finalize and display the refund on your statement.

G. CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this window, cancellation may not be possible depending on the production status.

Before placing an order, please double-check your address—including street name and number—to avoid delivery issues. If an incorrect address causes a failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for any incurred fees. We appreciate your understanding.
